2 הַגִּידוּ בַגּוֺיִם וְהַשְׁמִיעוּ וּשְׂאוּ־ נֵס הַשְׁמִיעוּ אַל־ תְּכַחֵדוּ אִמְרוּ נִלְכְּדָה בָבֶל הֹבִישׁ בֵּל חַת מְרֹדָךְ הֹבִישׁוּ עֲצַבֶּיהָ חַתּוּ גִּלּוּלֶיהָ :
Denunciad en las gentes, y haced saber; levantad también bandera: publicad, y no encubráis: decid: Tomada es Babilonia, Bel es confundido, deshecho es Merodach; confundidas son sus esculturas, quebrados son sus ídolos.Annoncez-le parmi les nations, publiez-le, élevez une bannière! Publiez-le, ne cachez rien! Dites: Babylone est prise! Bel est confondu, Merodac est brisé! 3 כִּי עָלָה עָלֶיהָ גּוֺי מִצָּפוֺן הוּא־ יָשִׁית אֶת־ אַרְצָהּ לְשַׁמָּה וְלֹא־ יִהְיֶה יוֺשֵׁב בָּהּ מֵאָדָם וְעַד־ בְּהֵמָה נָדוּ הָלָכוּ :

4 בַּיָּמִים הָהֵמָּה וּבָעֵת הַהִיא נְאֻם־ יְהוָה יָבֹאוּ בְנֵי־ יִשְׂרָאֵל הֵמָּה וּבְנֵי־ יְהוּדָה יַחְדָּו הָלוֺךְ וּבָכוֺ יֵלֵכוּ וְאֶת־ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיהֶם יְבַקֵּשׁוּ :

5 צִיּוֺן יִשְׁאָלוּ דֶּרֶךְ הֵנָּה פְנֵיהֶם בֹּאוּ וְנִלְווּ אֶל־ יְהוָה בְּרִית עוֺלָם לֹא תִשָּׁכֵחַ ס :

6 צֹאן אֹבְדוֺת הָיָה הָיוּ עַמִּי רֹעֵיהֶם הִתְעוּם הָרִים שׁוֺבֵבִים שׁוֺבְבוּם מֵהַר אֶל־ גִּבְעָה הָלָכוּ שָׁכְחוּ רִבְצָם :

7 כָּל־ מוֺצְאֵיהֶם אֲכָלוּם וְצָרֵיהֶם אָמְרוּ לֹא נֶאְשָׁם תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר חָטְאוּ לַיהוָה נְוֵה־ צֶדֶק וּמִקְוֵה אֲבוֺתֵיהֶם יְהוָה ס :

8 נֻדוּ מִתּוֺךְ בָּבֶל וּמֵאֶרֶץ כַּשְׂדִּים יָצְאוּ צֵאוּ וִהְיוּ כְּעַתּוּדִים לִפְנֵי־ צֹאן :

13 מִקֶּצֶף יְהוָה לֹא תֵשֵׁב וְהָיְתָה שְׁמָמָה כֻּלָּהּ כֹּל עֹבֵר עַל־ בָּבֶל יִשֹּׁם וְיִשְׁרֹק עַל־ כָּל־ מַכּוֺתֶיהָ :
Por la ira de Jehová no será habitada, sino que asolada será toda ella; todo hombre que pasare por Babilonia se asombrará, y silbará sobre todas sus plagas.A cause de la colère de l'Éternel, elle ne sera plus habitée, Elle ne sera plus qu'une solitude. 14 עִרְכוּ עַל־ בָּבֶל סָבִיב כָּל־ דֹּרְכֵי קֶשֶׁת יְדוּ אֵלֶיהָ אַל־ תַּחְמְלוּ אֶל־ חֵץ כִּי לַיהוָה חָטָאָה :
Apercibíos contra Babilonia alrededor, todos los que entesáis arco; tirad contra ella, no escatiméis las saetas: porque pecó contra Jehová.Rangez-vous en bataille autour de Babylone, vous tous, archers! 15 הָרִיעוּ עָלֶיהָ סָבִיב נָתְנָה יָדָהּ נָפְלוּ אַשְׁוִיֹּתֶיהָ אָשְׁיוֺתֶיהָ נֶהֶרְסוּ חוֺמוֺתֶיהָ כִּי נִקְמַת יְהוָה הִיא הִנָּקְמוּ בָהּ כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשְׂתָה עֲשׂוּ־ לָהּ :
Gritad contra ella en derredor; dió su mano; caído han sus fundamentos, derribados son sus muros; porque venganza es de Jehová. Tomad venganza de ella; haced con ella como ella hizo.Poussez de tous côtés contre elle un cri de guerre! Elle tend les mains; Ses fondements s'écroulent; Ses murs sont renversés. 16 כִּרְתוּ זוֺרֵעַ מִבָּבֶל וְתֹפֵשׂ מַגָּל בְּעֵת קָצִיר מִפְּנֵי חֶרֶב הַיּוֺנָה אִישׁ אֶל־ עַמּוֺ יִפְנוּ וְאִישׁ לְאַרְצוֺ יָנֻסוּ ס :
Talad de Babilonia sembrador, y el que tiene hoz en tiempo de la siega: delante de la espada opresora cada uno volverá el rostro hacia su pueblo, cada uno huirá hacia su tierra.Exterminez de Babylone celui qui sème, Et celui qui manie la faucille au temps de la moisson! 30 לָכֵן יִפְּלוּ בַחוּרֶיהָ בִּרְחֹבֹתֶיהָ וְכָל־ אַנְשֵׁי מִלְחַמְתָּהּ יִדַּמּוּ בַּיּוֺם הַהוּא נְאֻם־ יְהוָה ס :

32 וְכָשַׁל זָדוֺן וְנָפַל וְאֵין לוֺ מֵקִים וְהִצַּתִּי אֵשׁ בְּעָרָיו וְאָכְלָה כָּל־ סְבִיבֹתָיו ס :

33 כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה צְבָאוֺת עֲשׁוּקִים בְּנֵי־ יִשְׂרָאֵל וּבְנֵי־ יְהוּדָה יַחְדָּו וְכָל־ שֹׁבֵיהֶם הֶחֱזִיקוּ בָם מֵאֲנוּ שַׁלְּחָם :

38 חֹרֶב אֶל־ מֵימֶיהָ וְיָבֵשׁוּ כִּי אֶרֶץ פְּסִלִים הִיא וּבָאֵימִים יִתְהֹלָלוּ :

39 לָכֵן יֵשְׁבוּ צִיִּים אֶת־ אִיִּים וְיָשְׁבוּ בָהּ בְּנוֺת יַעֲנָה וְלֹא־ תֵשֵׁב עוֺד לָנֶצַח וְלֹא תִשְׁכּוֺן עַד־ דּוֺר וָדוֺר :

40 כְּמַהְפֵּכַת אֱלֹהִים אֶת־ סְדֹם וְאֶת־ עֲמֹרָה וְאֶת־ שְׁכֵנֶיהָ נְאֻם־ יְהוָה לֹא־ יֵשֵׁב שָׁם אִישׁ וְלֹא־ יָגוּר בָּהּ בֶּן־ אָדָם :

44 הִנֵּה כְּאַרְיֵה יַעֲלֶה מִגְּאוֺן הַיַּרְדֵּן אֶל־ נְוֵה אֵיתָן כִּי־ אַרְגִּעָה אֲרוּצֵם אֲרִיצֵם מֵעָלֶיהָ וּמִי בָחוּר אֵלֶיהָ אֶפְקֹד כִּי מִי כָמוֺנִי וּמִי יוֺעִדֶנִּי וּמִי־ זֶה רֹעֶה אֲשֶׁר יַעֲמֹד לְפָנָי :

45 לָכֵן שִׁמְעוּ עֲצַת־ יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר יָעַץ אֶל־ בָּבֶל וּמַחְשְׁבוֺתָיו אֲשֶׁר חָשַׁב אֶל־ אֶרֶץ כַּשְׂדִּים אִם־ לֹא יִסְחָבוּם צְעִירֵי הַצֹּאן אִם־ לֹא יַשִּׁים עֲלֵיהֶם נָוֶה :
Por tanto, oid el consejo de Jehová, que ha acordado sobre Babilonia, y sus pensamientos que ha formado sobre la tierra de los Caldeos: Ciertamente los más pequeños del hato los arrastrarán, y destruirán sus moradas con ellos.C'est pourquoi écoutez la résolution que l'Éternel a prise contre Babylone, Et les desseins qu'il a conçus contre le pays des Chaldéens!
