These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. These things said he: and after that he said to them, Our friend Lazarus sleeps; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. These things spake he: and after this he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus is fallen asleep; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. These things he said, and after this he saith to them, `Lazarus our friend hath fallen asleep, but I go on that I may awake him;`He said these things, and after that, he said to them, "Our friend, Lazarus, has fallen asleep, but I am going so that I may awake him out of sleep."These things said he; and after this he says to them, Lazarus, our friend, is fallen asleep, but I go that I may awake him out of sleep. Thus he spoke, and then he said to them, "Our friend Laz'arus has fallen asleep, but I go to awake him out of sleep."
Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. The disciples therefore said unto him, Lord, if he is fallen asleep, he will recover.therefore said his disciples, `Sir, if he hath fallen asleep, he will be saved;`The disciples therefore said to him, "Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover."The disciples therefore said to him, Lord, if he be fallen asleep, he will get well. The disciples said to him, "Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover."
İsa Lazarın ölümünden söz ediyordu, ama onlar olağan uykudan söz ettiğini sanmışlardı. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. However, Jesus spoke of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Now Jesus had spoken of his death: but they thought that he spake of taking rest in sleep.but Jesus had spoken about his death, but they thought that about the repose of sleep he speaketh. Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that he spoke of taking rest in sleep. But Jesus spoke of his death, but *they* thought that he spoke of the rest of sleep. Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that he meant taking rest in sleep.
Bunun üzerine İsa açıkça, ‹‹Lazar öldü›› dedi. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. Then said Jesus to them plainly, Lazarus is dead. Then Jesus therefore said unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. Then, therefore, Jesus said to them freely, `Lazarus hath died;So Jesus said to them plainly then, "Lazarus is dead.Jesus therefore then said to them plainly, Lazarus has died. Then Jesus told them plainly, "Laz'arus is dead;فقال لهم يسوع حينئذ علانية لعازر مات.
