Si su amo le hubiere dado mujer, y ella le hubiere parido hijos ó hijas, la mujer y sus hijos serán de su amo, y él saldrá solo.Si c'est son maître qui lui a donné une femme, et qu'il en ait eu des fils ou des filles, la femme et ses enfants seront à son maître, et il sortira seul.Se seu senhor lhe houver dado uma mulher e ela lhe houver dado filhos ou filhas, a mulher e seus filhos serão de seu senhor, e ele sairá sozinho.если же господин его дал ему жену и она родила ему сынов, или дочерей, то жена и дети ее пусть останутся у господина ее, а он выйдет один;Hat ihm aber sein Herr ein Weib gegeben, und er hat Söhne oder Töchter gezeugt, so soll das Weib und die Kinder seines Herrn sein, er aber soll ohne Weib ausgehen.他 主 人 若 給 他 妻 子 、 妻 子 給 他 生 了 兒 子 、 或 女 兒 、 妻 子 和 兒 女 要 歸 主 人 、 他 要 獨 自 出 去 。Efendisi kendisine bir kadın verir ve o kadından çocukları olursa, kadın ve çocuklar efendisinde kalacak, yalnız kendisi gidecek.他 主 人 若 给 他 妻 子 ， 妻 子 给 他 生 了 儿 子 或 女 儿 ， 妻 子 和 儿 女 要 归 主 人 ， 他 要 独 自 出 去 。If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master', and he shall go out by himself.If his master give him a wife and she bear him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master`s, and he shall go out by himself.if his lord give to him a wife, and she hath borne to him sons or daughters -- the wife and her children are her lord`s, and he goeth out by himself.If his master give him a wife, and she bear him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.If his master gives him a wife and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master`s, and he shall go out by himself.If his master have given him a wife, and she have borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out alone.If his master gives him a wife and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master's and he shall go out alone.ان اعطاه سيده امرأة وولدت له بنين او بنات فالمرأة واولادها يكونون لسيده وهو يخرج وحده.
Y si el siervo dijere: Yo amo á mi señor, á mi mujer y á mis hijos, no saldré libre:Si l'esclave dit: J'aime mon maître, ma femme et mes enfants, je ne veux pas sortir libre, -Mas se aquele servo expressamente disser: Eu amo a meu senhor, e a minha mulher, e a meus filhos; não quero sair livre,но если раб скажет: люблю господина моего, жену мою и детей моих, не пойду на волю, –Spricht aber der Knecht: Ich habe meinen Herren lieb und mein Weib und Kind, ich will nicht frei werden,倘 或 奴 僕 明 說 、 我 愛 我 的 主 人 、 和 我 的 妻 子 兒 女 、 不 願 意 自 由 出 去 ．‹‹Ama köle açıkça, ‹Ben efendimi, karımla çocuklarımı seviyorum, özgür olmak istemiyorum› derse,倘 或 奴 仆 明 说 ： 我 爱 我 的 主 人 和 我 的 妻 子 儿 女 ， 不 愿 意 自 由 出 去 。And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:But if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:`And if the servant really say: I have loved my lord, my wife, and my sons -- I do not go out free;But if the servant shall plainly say: I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free;But if the servant shall plainly say, `I love my master, my wife, and my children. I will not go out free;`But if the bondman shall say distinctly, I love my master, my wife, and my children, I will not go free;But if the slave plainly says, `I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free,'ولكن ان قال العبد احب سيدي وامرأتي واولادي لا اخرج حرا
Entonces su amo lo hará llegar á los jueces, y harále llegar á la puerta ó al poste; y su amo le horadará la oreja con lesna, y será su siervo para siempre.alors son maître le conduira devant Dieu, et le fera approcher de la porte ou du poteau, et son maître lui percera l'oreille avec un poinçon, et l'esclave sera pour toujours à son service.Então seu SENHOR o levará aos juízes, e o fará chegar à porta, ou ao umbral da porta, e seu senhor lhe furará a orelha com uma sovela; e ele o servirá para sempre.то пусть господин его приведет его пред богов и поставит его к двери, или к косяку, и проколет ему господин его ухо шилом, и он останется рабом его вечно.so bringe ihn sein Herr vor die "Götter" und halte ihn an die Tür oder den Pfosten und bohre ihm mit einem Pfriem durch sein Ohr, und er sei sein Knecht ewig.他 的 主 人 就 要 帶 他 到 審 判 官 那 裡 、 〔 審 判 官 或 作 神 下 同 〕 又 要 帶 他 到 門 前 、 靠 近 門 框 、 用 錐 子 穿 他 的 耳 朵 、 他 就 永 遠 服 事 主 人 。efendisi onu yargıç huzurunafş çıkaracak. Kapıya ya da kapı sövesine yaklaştırıp kulağını bizle delecek. Böylece köle yaşam boyu efendisine hizmet edecek. tapınma yeri anlamına gelebilir.他 的 主 人 就 要 带 他 到 审 判 官 （ 审 判 官 或 作 ： 神 ； 下 同 ） 那 里 ， 又 要 带 他 到 门 前 ， 靠 近 门 框 ， 用 锥 子 穿 他 的 耳 朵 ， 他 就 永 远 服 事 主 人 。Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.Then his master shall bring him to the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or to the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall serve him for ever.then his master shall bring him unto God, and shall bring him to the door, or unto the door-post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall serve him for ever.then hath his lord brought him nigh unto God, and hath brought him nigh unto the door, or unto the side-post, and his lord hath bored his ear with an awl, and he hath served him -- to the age.then his master shall bring him unto God, and shall bring him to the door, or unto the door-post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall serve him for ever.then his master shall bring him to God, and shall bring him to the door or to the door-post, and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl, and he shall serve him for ever.then his master shall bring him before the judges, and shall bring him to the door, or to the door-post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall be his bondman for ever.then his master shall bring him to God, and he shall bring him to the door or the doorpost; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall serve him for life.يقدمه سيده الى الله ويقربه الى الباب او الى القائمة ويثقب سيده اذنه بالمثقب. فيخدمه الى الابد.
Y cuando alguno vendiere su hija por sierva, no saldrá como suelen salir los siervos.Si un homme vend sa fille pour être esclave, elle ne sortira point comme sortent les esclaves.E se um homem vender sua filha para ser serva, ela não sairá como saem os servos.Если кто продаст дочь свою в рабыни, то она не может выйти, как выходят рабы;Verkauft jemand sein Tochter zur Magd, so soll sie nicht ausgehen wie die Knechte.人 若 賣 女 兒 作 婢 女 、 婢 女 不 可 像 男 僕 那 樣 出 去 。‹‹Eğer bir adam kızını cariye olarak satarsa, kız erkek köleler gibi özgür bırakılmayacak.人 若 卖 女 儿 作 婢 女 ， 婢 女 不 可 象 男 仆 那 样 出 去 。And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.And if a man sell his daughter to be a maid-servant, she shall not go out as the men-servants do.`And when a man selleth his daughter for a handmaid, she doth not go out according to the going out of the men-servants;And if a man sell his daughter to be a maid-servant, she shall not go out as the men-servants do."If a man sells his daughter to be a maid-servant, she shall not go out as the men-servants do.And if a man shall sell his daughter as a handmaid, she shall not go out as the bondmen go out."When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she shall not go out as the male slaves do.واذا باع رجل ابنته امة لا تخرج كما يخرج العبيد.
Si no agradare á su señor, por lo cual no la tomó por esposa, permitirle ha que se rescate, y no la podrá vender á pueblo extraño cuando la desechare.Si elle déplaît à son maître, qui s'était proposé de la prendre pour femme, il facilitera son rachat; mais il n'aura pas le pouvoir de la vendre à des étrangers, après lui avoir été infidèle.Se ela não agradar ao seu SENHOR, e ele não se desposar com ela, fará que se resgate; não poderá vendê-la a um povo estranho, agindo deslealmente com ela.если она не угодна господину своему и он не обручит ее, пусть позволит выкупить ее; а чужому народу продать ее не властен, когда сам пренебрег ее;Gefällt sie aber ihrem Herrn nicht und will er sie nicht zur Ehe nehmen, so soll er sie zu lösen geben. Aber unter ein fremdes Volk sie zu verkaufen hat er nicht Macht, weil er sie verschmäht hat.主 人 選 定 他 歸 自 己 、 若 不 喜 歡 他 、 就 要 許 他 贖 身 ． 主 人 既 然 用 詭 詐 待 他 、 就 沒 有 權 柄 賣 給 外 邦 人 。Efendisi kızla nişanlanır, sonra kızdan hoşlanmazsa, kızın geri alınmasına izin vermelidir. Kızı aldattığı için onu yabancılara satamaz.主 人 选 定 他 归 自 己 ， 若 不 喜 欢 他 ， 就 要 许 他 赎 身 ； 主 人 既 然 用 诡 诈 待 他 ， 就 没 冇 权 柄 卖 给 外 邦 人 。If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.If she please not her master, who has betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her to a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he has dealt deceitfully with her.If she please not her master, who hath espoused her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a foreign people he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.if evil in the eyes of her lord, so that he hath not betrothed her, then he hath let her be ransomed; to a strange people he hath not power to sell her, in his dealing treacherously with her.If she please not her master, who hath espoused her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed; to sell her unto a foreign people he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.If she doesn`t please her master, who has married her to himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He shall have no right to sell her to a foreign people, seeing he has dealt deceitfully with her.If she is unacceptable in the eyes of her master, who had taken her for himself, then shall he let her be ransomed: to sell her unto a foreign people he hath no power, after having dealt unfaithfully with her.If she does not please her master, who has designated her for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed; he shall have no right to sell her to a foreign people, since he has dealt faithlessly with her.ان قبحت في عيني سيدها الذي خطبها لنفسه يدعها تفك. وليس له سلطان ان يبيعها لقوم اجانب لغدره بها.
Mas si la hubiere desposado con su hijo, hará con ella según la costumbre de las hijas.S'il la destine à son fils, il agira envers elle selon le droit des filles.Mas se a desposar com seu filho, fará com ela conforme ao direito das filhas.если он обручит ее сыну своему, пусть поступит с нею по праву дочерей;Vertraut er sie aber seinem Sohn, so soll er Tochterrecht an ihr tun.主 人 若 選 定 他 給 自 己 的 兒 子 、 就 當 待 他 如 同 女 兒 。Eğer cariyeyi oğluna nişanlarsa, ona kendi kızı gibi davranmalıdır.主 人 若 选 定 他 给 自 己 的 儿 子 ， 就 当 待 他 如 同 女 儿 。And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.And if he have betrothed her to his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.And if he espouse her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.`And if to his son he betroth her, according to the right of daughters he doth to her.And if he espouse her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.If he marries her to his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.And if he have appointed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the law of daughters.If he designates her for his son, he shall deal with her as with a daughter.وان خطبها لابنه فبحسب حق البنات يفعل لها.
Si le tomare otra, no disminuirá su alimento, ni su vestido, ni el débito conyugal.S'il prend une autre femme, il ne retranchera rien pour la première à la nourriture, au vêtement, et au droit conjugal.Se lhe tomar outra, não diminuirá o mantimento desta, nem o seu vestido, nem a sua obrigação marital.если же другую возьмет за него, то она не должна лишаться пищи, одежды и супружеского сожития;Gibt er ihm aber noch eine andere, so soll er an ihrer Nahrung, Kleidung und Eheschuld nichts abbrechen.若 另 娶 一 個 、 那 女 子 的 喫 食 、 衣 服 、 並 好 合 的 事 、 仍 不 可 減 少 。Eğer ikinci bir kadınla evlenirse, ilk karısını nafakadan, giysiden, karılık haklarından yoksun bırakmamalıdır.若 另 娶 一 个 ， 那 女 子 的 吃 食 、 衣 服 ， 并 好 合 的 事 ， 仍 不 可 减 少 。If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.If he take him another [wife]; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.`If another [woman] he take for him, her food, her covering, and her habitation, he doth not withdraw;If he take him another wife, her food, her raiment, and her conjugal rights, shall he not diminish.If he takes another wife to himself, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, and her marital rights.If he take himself another, her food, her clothing, and her conjugal rights he shall not diminish.If he takes another wife to himself, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, or her marital rights.ان اتخذ لنفسه اخرى لا ينقّص طعامها وكسوتها ومعاشرتها.
Y si ninguna de estas tres cosas hiciere, ella saldrá de gracia sin dinero.Et s'il ne fait pas pour elle ces trois choses, elle pourra sortir sans rien payer, sans donner de l'argent.E se lhe não fizer estas três coisas, sairá de graça, sem dar dinheiro.а если он сих трех [вещей] не сделает для нее, пусть она отойдет даром, без выкупа.Tut er diese drei nicht, so soll sie frei ausgehen ohne Lösegeld.若 不 向 他 行 這 三 樣 、 他 就 可 以 不 用 錢 贖 、 白 白 的 出 去 。Eğer bu üç hakkı ona vermezse, kadın karşılıksız özgür olacaktır.››若 不 向 他 行 这 叁 样 ， 他 就 可 以 不 用 钱 赎 ， 白 白 的 出 去 。And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.And if he do not these three to her, then shall she go out free without money.And if he do not these three things unto her, then shall she go out for nothing, without money.and if these three he do not to her, then she hath gone out for nought, without money.And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out for nothing, without money.If he doesn`t do these three things for her, she may go free without paying any money.And if he do not these three things unto her, then shall she go out free without money.And if he does not do these three things for her, she shall go out for nothing, without payment of money.وان لم يفعل لها هذه الثلاث تخرج مجانا بلا ثمن
El que hiriere á alguno, haciéndole así morir, él morirá.Celui qui frappera un homme mortellement sera puni de mort.Quem ferir alguém, de modo que este morra, certamente será morto.Кто ударит человека так, что он умрет, да будет предан смерти;Wer einen Menschen schlägt, daß er stirbt, der soll des Todes sterben.打 人 以 致 打 死 的 、 必 要 把 他 治 死 。‹‹Kim birini vurup öldürürse, kendisi de kesinlikle öldürülecektir.打 人 以 致 打 死 的 ， 必 要 把 他 治 死 。He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.He that smites a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.He that smiteth a man, so that he dieth, shall surely be put to death.`He who smiteth a man so that he hath died, is certainly put to death;He that smiteth a man, so that he dieth, shall surely be put to death."One who strikes a man so that he dies shall surely be put to death,He that striketh a man, so that he die, shall certainly be put to death."Whoever strikes a man so that he dies shall be put to death.من ضرب انسانا فمات يقتل قتلا.
Mas el que no armó asechanzas, sino que Dios lo puso en sus manos, entonces yo te señalaré lugar al cual ha de huir.S'il ne lui a point dressé d'embûches, et que Dieu l'ait fait tomber sous sa main, je t'établirai un lieu où il pourra se réfugier.Porém se lhe não armou cilada, mas Deus lho entregou nas mãos, ordenar-te-ei um lugar para onde fugirá.но если кто не злоумышлял, а Бог попустил ему попасть под руки его, то Я назначу у тебя место, куда убежать [убийце];Hat er ihm aber nicht nachgestellt, sondern Gott hat ihn lassen ungefähr in seine Hände fallen, so will ich dir einen Ort bestimmen, dahin er fliehen soll.人 若 不 是 埋 伏 著 殺 人 、 乃 是 神 交 在 他 手 中 、 我 就 設 下 一 個 地 方 、 他 可 以 往 那 裡 逃 跑 。Ama olayda kasıt yoksa, ona ben izin vermişsem, size adamın kaçacağı yeri bildireceğim.人 若 不 是 埋 伏 着 杀 人 ， 乃 是 神 交 在 他 手 中 ， 我 就 设 下 一 个 地 方 ， 他 可 以 往 那 里 逃 跑 。And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint you a place where he shall flee.And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver [him] into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.as to him who hath not laid wait, and God hath brought to his hand, I have even set for thee a place whither he doth flee.And if a man lie not in wait, but God cause it to come to hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he may flee.but not if it is unintentional, but God allows it to happen: then I will appoint you a place where he shall flee.But if he have not lain in wait, and God have delivered [him] into his hand, I will appoint thee a place to which he shall flee.But if he did not lie in wait for him, but God let him fall into his hand, then I will appoint for you a place to which he may flee.ولكن الذي لم يتعمّد بل اوقع الله في يده فانا اجعل لك مكانا يهرب اليه.
