1 ⸀Συμεὼν Πέτρος δοῦλος καὶ ἀπόστολος Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῖς ἰσότιμον ἡμῖν λαχοῦσιν πίστιν ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν καὶ σωτῆρος Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ·

2 χάρις ὑμῖν καὶ εἰρήνη πληθυνθείη ἐν ἐπιγνώσει τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ Ἰησοῦ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν.

3 Ὡς πάντα ἡμῖν τῆς θείας δυνάμεως αὐτοῦ τὰ πρὸς ζωὴν καὶ εὐσέβειαν δεδωρημένης διὰ τῆς ἐπιγνώσεως τοῦ καλέσαντος ἡμᾶς ⸂ἰδίᾳ δόξῃ καὶ ἀρετῇ⸃,
Como todas las cosas que pertenecen á la vida y á la piedad nos sean dadas de su divina potencia, por el conocimiento de aquel que nos ha llamado por su gloria y virtud:Comme sa divine puissance nous a donné tout ce qui contribue à la vie et à la piété, au moyen de la connaissance de celui qui nous a appelés par sa propre gloire et par sa vertu,Visto como o seu divino poder nos deu tudo o que diz respeito à vida e piedade, pelo conhecimento daquele que nos chamou pela sua glória e virtude;Как от Божественной силы Его даровано нам все потребное для жизни и благочестия, через познание Призвавшего нас славою и благостию,Nachdem allerlei seiner göttlichen Kraft, was zum Leben und göttlichen Wandel dient, uns geschenkt ist durch die Erkenntnis des, der uns berufen hat durch seine Herrlichkeit und Tugend,神 的 神 能 已 將 一 切 關 乎 生 命 和 虔 敬 的 事 賜 給 我 們 、 皆 因 我 們 認 識 那 用 自 己 榮 耀 和 美 德 召 我 們 的 主 ．Kendi yüceliği ve erdemiyle bizi çağıranın tanrısal gücü, kendisini tanımamız sonucunda yaşamamız ve Tanrı yolunda yürümemiz için gereken her şeyi bize verdi.神 的 神 能 已 将 一 切 关 乎 生 命 和 虔 敬 的 事 赐 给 我 们 ， 皆 因 我 们 认 识 那 用 自 己 荣 耀 和 美 德 召 我 们 的 主 。According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:According as his divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and virtue:seeing that his divine power hath granted unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that called us by his own glory and virtue;As all things to us His divine power (the things pertaining unto life and piety) hath given, through the acknowledgement of him who did call us through glory and worthiness,seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue;As his divine power has given to us all things which relate to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that has called us by glory and virtue,His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence,كما ان قدرته الالهية قد وهبت لنا كل ما هو للحياة والتقوى بمعرفة الذي دعانا بالمجد والفضيلة
4 δι’ ὧν τὰ ⸂τίμια καὶ μέγιστα ἡμῖν⸃ ἐπαγγέλματα δεδώρηται, ἵνα διὰ τούτων γένησθε θείας κοινωνοὶ φύσεως, ἀποφυγόντες τῆς ἐν ⸀τῷ κόσμῳ ἐν ἐπιθυμίᾳ φθορᾶς.
Por las cuales nos son dadas preciosas y grandísimas promesas, para que por ellas fueseis hechos participantes de la naturaleza divina, habiendo huído de la corrupción que está en el mundo por concupiscencia.lesquelles nous assurent de sa part les plus grandes et les plus précieuses promesses, afin que par elles vous deveniez participants de la nature divine, en fuyant la corruption qui existe dans le monde par la convoitise,Pelas quais ele nos tem dado grandíssimas e preciosas promessas, para que por elas fiqueis participantes da natureza divina, havendo escapado da corrupção, que pela concupiscência há no mundo.которыми дарованы нам великие и драгоценные обетования, дабы вы через них соделались причастниками Божеского естества, удалившись от господствующего в мире растления похотью:durch welche uns die teuren und allergrößten Verheißungen geschenkt sind, nämlich, daß ihr dadurch teilhaftig werdet der göttlichen Natur, so ihr fliehet die vergängliche Lust der Welt;因 此 他 已 將 又 寶 貴 又 極 大 的 應 許 賜 給 我 們 、 叫 我 們 既 脫 離 世 上 從 情 慾 來 的 敗 壞 、 就 得 與 神 的 性 情 有 分 。Onun yüceliği ve erdemi sayesinde bize çok büyük ve değerli vaatler verildi. Öyle ki, dünyada kötü arzuların yol açtığı yozlaşmadan kurtulmuş olarak, bu vaatler aracılığıyla tanrısal özyapıya ortak olasınız.因 此 ， 他 已 将 又 宝 贵 又 极 大 的 应 许 赐 给 我 们 ， 叫 我 们 既 脱 离 世 上 从 情 慾 来 的 败 坏 ， 就 得 与 神 的 性 情 冇 分 。Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.Whereby are given to us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises; that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in that world by lust.through which to us the most great and precious promises have been given, that through these ye may become partakers of a divine nature, having escaped from the corruption in the world in desires.whereby he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in that world by lust.through which he has given to us the greatest and precious promises, that through these ye may become partakers of [the] divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, that through these you may escape from the corruption that is in the world because of passion, and become partakers of the divine nature.اللذين بهما قد وهب لنا المواعيد العظمى والثمينة لكي تصيروا بها شركاء الطبيعة الالهية هاربين من الفساد الذي في العالم بالشهوة.
5 καὶ αὐτὸ τοῦτο δὲ σπουδὴν πᾶσαν παρεισενέγκαντες ἐπιχορηγήσατε ἐν τῇ πίστει ὑμῶν τὴν ἀρετήν, ἐν δὲ τῇ ἀρετῇ τὴν γνῶσιν,
Vosotros también, poniendo toda diligencia por esto mismo, mostrad en vuestra fe virtud, y en la virtud ciencia;à cause de cela même, faites tous vos efforts pour joindre à votre foi la vertu, à la vertu la science,E vós também, pondo nisto mesmo toda a diligência, acrescentai à vossa fé a virtude, e à virtude a ciência,то вы, прилагая к сему все старание, покажите в вере вашей добродетель, в добродетели рассудительность,so wendet allen euren Fleiß daran und reichet dar in eurem Glauben Tugend und in der Tugend Erkenntnis正 因 這 緣 故 、 你 們 要 分 外 的 殷 勤 ． 有 了 信 心 、 又 要 加 上 德 行 ． 有 了 德 行 、 又 要 加 上 知 識 ．İşte bu nedenle her türlü gayreti göstererek imanınıza erdemi, erdeminize bilgiyi, bilginize özdenetimi, özdenetiminize dayanma gücünü, dayanma gücünüze Tanrı yoluna bağlılığı, bağlılığınıza kardeşseverliği, kardeşseverliğinize sevgiyi katın.正 因 这 缘 故 ， 你 们 要 分 外 地 殷 勤 ； 冇 了 信 心 ， 又 要 加 上 德 行 ； 冇 了 德 行 ， 又 要 加 上 知 识 ；And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;Yea, and for this very cause adding on your part all diligence, in your faith supply virtue; and in [your] virtue knowledge;And this same also -- all diligence having brought in besides, superadd in your faith the worthiness, and in the worthiness the knowledge,Yes, and for this very cause adding on your part all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence; and in moral excellence, knowledge;But for this very reason also, using therewith all diligence, in your faith have also virtue, in virtue knowledge,For this very reason make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge,ولهذا عينه وانتم باذلون كل اجتهاد قدموا في ايمانكم فضيلة وفي الفضيلة معرفة
6 ἐν δὲ τῇ γνώσει τὴν ἐγκράτειαν, ἐν δὲ τῇ ἐγκρατείᾳ τὴν ὑπομονήν, ἐν δὲ τῇ ὑπομονῇ τὴν εὐσέβειαν,
Y en la ciencia templanza, y en la templanza paciencia, y en la paciencia temor de Dios;à la science la tempérance, à la tempérance la patience, à la patience la piété,E à ciência a temperança, e à temperança a paciência, e à paciência a piedade,в рассудительности воздержание, в воздержании терпение, в терпении благочестие,und in der Erkenntnis Mäßigkeit und in der Mäßigkeit Geduld und in der Geduld Gottseligkeit有 了 知 識 、 又 要 加 上 節 制 ． 有 了 節 制 、 又 要 加 上 忍 耐 ． 有 了 忍 耐 、 又 要 加 上 虔 敬 ．冇 了 知 识 ， 又 要 加 上 节 制 ； 冇 了 节 制 ， 又 要 加 上 忍 耐 ； 冇 了 忍 耐 ， 又 要 加 上 虔 敬 ；And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;and in [your] knowledge self-control; and in [your] self-control patience; and in [your] patience godliness;and in the knowledge the temperance, and in the temperance the endurance, and in the endurance the piety,and in knowledge, self-control; and in self-control patience; and in patience godliness;in knowledge temperance, in temperance endurance, in endurance godliness,and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,وفي المعرفة تعففا وفي التعفف صبرا وفي الصبر تقوى
7 ἐν δὲ τῇ εὐσεβείᾳ τὴν φιλαδελφίαν, ἐν δὲ τῇ φιλαδελφίᾳ τὴν ἀγάπην·
Y en el temor de Dios, amor fraternal, y en el amor fraternal caridad.à la piété l'amour fraternel, à l'amour fraternel la charité.E à piedade o amor fraternal, e ao amor fraternal a caridade.в благочестии братолюбие, в братолюбии любовь.und in der Gottseligkeit brüderliche Liebe und in der brüderlichen Liebe allgemeine Liebe.有 了 虔 敬 、 又 要 加 上 愛 弟 兄 的 心 ． 有 了 愛 弟 兄 的 心 、 又 要 加 上 愛 眾 人 的 心 。冇 了 虔 敬 ， 又 要 加 上 爱 弟 兄 的 心 ； 冇 了 爱 弟 兄 的 心 ， 又 要 加 上 爱 众 人 的 心 ；And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.and in [your] godliness brotherly kindness; and in [your] brotherly kindness love.and in the piety the brotherly kindness, and in the brotherly kindness the love;and in godliness brotherly affection; and in brotherly affection, love.in godliness brotherly love, in brotherly love love:and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.وفي التقوى مودة اخوية وفي المودة الاخوية محبة.
8 ταῦτα γὰρ ὑμῖν ὑπάρχοντα καὶ πλεονάζοντα οὐκ ἀργοὺς οὐδὲ ἀκάρπους καθίστησιν εἰς τὴν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ ἐπίγνωσιν·
Porque si en vosotros hay estas cosas, y abundan, no os dejarán estar ociosos, ni estériles en el conocimiento de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.Car si ces choses sont en vous, et y sont avec abondance, elles ne vous laisseront point oisifs ni stériles pour la connaissance de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ.Porque, se em vós houver e abundarem estas coisas, não vos deixarão ociosos nem estéreis no conhecimento de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo.Если это в вас есть и умножается, то вы не останетесь без успеха и плода в познании Господа нашего Иисуса Христа.Denn wo solches reichlich bei euch ist, wird's euch nicht faul noch unfruchtbar sein lassen in der Erkenntnis unsers HERRN Jesu Christi;你 們 若 充 充 足 足 的 有 這 幾 樣 、 就 必 使 你 們 在 認 識 我 們 的 主 耶 穌 基 督 上 、 不 至 於 閒 懶 不 結 果 子 了 。Çünkü bu niteliklere artan ölçüde sahip olursanız, Rabbimiz İsa Mesihi tanımakta etkisiz ve verimsiz olmazsınız.你 们 若 充 充 足 足 的 冇 这 几 样 ， 就 必 使 你 们 在 认 识 我 们 的 主 耶 稣 基 督 上 不 至 于 閒 懒 不 结 果 子 了 。For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that you shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.For if these things are yours and abound, they make you to be not idle nor unfruitful unto the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.for these things being to you and abounding, do make [you] neither inert nor unfruitful in regard to the acknowledging of our Lord Jesus Christ,For if these things are yours and abound, they make you to be not idle nor unfruitful to the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.for these things existing and abounding in you make [you] to be neither idle nor unfruitful as regards the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ;For if these things are yours and abound, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.لان هذه اذا كانت فيكم وكثرت تصيّركم لا متكاسلين ولا غير مثمرين لمعرفة ربنا يسوع المسيح.
9 ᾧ γὰρ μὴ πάρεστιν ταῦτα, τυφλός ἐστιν μυωπάζων, λήθην λαβὼν τοῦ καθαρισμοῦ τῶν πάλαι αὐτοῦ ⸀ἁμαρτημάτων.
Mas el que no tiene estas cosas, es ciego, y tiene la vista muy corta, habiendo olvidado la purificación de sus antiguos pecados.Mais celui en qui ces choses ne sont point est aveugle, il ne voit pas de loin, et il a mis en oubli la purification de ses anciens péchés.Pois aquele em quem não há estas coisas é cego, nada vendo ao longe, havendo-se esquecido da purificação dos seus antigos pecados.А в ком нет сего, тот слеп, закрыл глаза, забыл об очищении прежних грехов своих.welcher aber solches nicht hat, der ist blind und tappt mit der Hand und vergißt die Reinigung seiner vorigen Sünden.人 若 沒 有 這 幾 樣 、 就 是 眼 瞎 、 只 看 見 近 處 的 、 忘 了 他 舊 日 的 罪 已 經 得 了 潔 淨 。Bu niteliklere sahip olmayan uzağı göremez, kördür. Eski günahlarından temizlendiğini unutmuştur.人 若 没 冇 这 几 样 ， 就 是 眼 瞎 ， 只 看 见 近 处 的 ， 忘 了 他 旧 日 的 罪 已 经 得 了 洁 净 。But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.For he that lacketh these things is blind, seeing only what is near, having forgotten the cleansing from his old sins.for he with whom these things are not present is blind, dim-sighted, having become forgetful of the cleansing of his old sins;For he who lacks these things is blind, seeing only what is near, having forgotten the cleansing from his old sins.for he with whom these things are not present is blind, short-sighted, and has forgotten the purging of his former sins.For whoever lacks these things is blind and shortsighted and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.لان الذي ليس عنده هذه هو اعمى قصير البصر قد نسي تطهير خطاياه السالفة.
10 διὸ μᾶλλον, ἀδελφοί, σπουδάσατε βεβαίαν ὑμῶν τὴν κλῆσιν καὶ ἐκλογὴν ποιεῖσθαι· ταῦτα γὰρ ποιοῦντες οὐ μὴ πταίσητέ ποτε·
Por lo cual, hermanos, procurad tanto más de hacer firme vuestra vocación y elección; porque haciendo estas cosas, no caeréis jamás.C'est pourquoi, frères, appliquez-vous d'autant plus à affermir votre vocation et votre élection; car, en faisant cela, vous ne broncherez jamais.Portanto, irmãos, procurai fazer cada vez mais firme a vossa vocação e eleição; porque, fazendo isto, nunca jamais tropeçareis.Посему, братия, более и более старайтесь делать твердым ваше звание и избрание; так поступая, никогда не преткнетесь,Darum, liebe Brüder, tut desto mehr Fleiß, eure Berufung und Erwählung festzumachen; denn wo ihr solches tut, werdet ihr nicht straucheln,所 以 弟 兄 們 、 應 當 更 加 殷 勤 、 使 你 們 所 蒙 的 恩 召 和 揀 選 堅 定 不 移 ． 你 們 若 行 這 幾 樣 、 就 永 不 失 腳 。Bunun için, ey kardeşler, çağrılmışlığınızı ve seçilmişliğinizi kökleştirmeye daha çok gayret edin. Bunları yaparsanız, hiçbir zaman tökezlemezsiniz.所 以 弟 兄 们 ， 应 当 更 加 殷 勤 ， 使 你 们 所 蒙 的 恩 召 和 拣 选 坚 定 不 移 。 你 们 若 行 这 几 样 ， 就 永 不 失 脚 。Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:Why the rather, brothers, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, you shall never fall:Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble:wherefore, the rather, brethren, be diligent to make stedfast your calling and choice, for these things doing, ye may never stumble,Therefore, brothers, be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble.Wherefore the rather, brethren, use diligence to make your calling and election sure, for doing these things ye will never fall;Therefore, brethren, be the more zealous to confirm your call and election, for if you do this you will never fall;لذلك بالاكثر اجتهدوا ايها الاخوة ان تجعلوا دعوتكم واختياركم ثابتين. لانكم اذا فعلتم ذلك لن تزلّوا ابدا.
11 οὕτως γὰρ πλουσίως ἐπιχορηγηθήσεται ὑμῖν ἡ εἴσοδος εἰς τὴν αἰώνιον βασιλείαν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν καὶ σωτῆρος Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ.

12 Διὸ ⸀μελλήσω ἀεὶ ὑμᾶς ὑπομιμνῄσκειν περὶ τούτων, καίπερ εἰδότας καὶ ἐστηριγμένους ἐν τῇ παρούσῃ ἀληθείᾳ.

13 δίκαιον δὲ ἡγοῦμαι, ἐφ’ ὅσον εἰμὶ ἐν τούτῳ τῷ σκηνώματι, διεγείρειν ὑμᾶς ἐν ὑπομνήσει,

14 εἰδὼς ὅτι ταχινή ἐστιν ἡ ἀπόθεσις τοῦ σκηνώματός μου, καθὼς καὶ ὁ κύριος ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦς Χριστὸς ἐδήλωσέν μοι·

15 σπουδάσω δὲ καὶ ἑκάστοτε ἔχειν ὑμᾶς μετὰ τὴν ἐμὴν ἔξοδον τὴν τούτων μνήμην ποιεῖσθαι.
También yo procuraré con diligencia, que después de mi fallecimiento, vosotros podáis siempre tener memoria de estas cosas.Mais j'aurai soin qu'après mon départ vous puissiez toujours vous souvenir de ces choses.Mas também eu procurarei em toda a ocasião que depois da minha morte tenhais lembrança destas coisas.Буду же стараться, чтобы вы и после моего отшествия всегда приводили это на память.Ich will aber Fleiß tun, daß ihr allezeit nach meinem Abschied solches im Gedächtnis halten könnt.並 且 我 要 盡 心 竭 力 、 使 你 們 在 我 去 世 以 後 、 時 常 記 念 這 些 事 。Ben bu dünyadan göçtükten sonra da bunları sürekli anımsayabilmeniz için şimdi her gayreti göstereceğim.并 且 ， 我 要 尽 心 竭 力 ， 使 你 们 在 我 去 世 以 后 时 常 纪 念 这 些 事 。Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.Moreover I will endeavor that you may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.Yea, I will give diligence that at every time ye may be able after my decease to call these things to remembrance.and I will be diligent that also at every time ye have, after my outgoing, power to make to yourselves the remembrance of these things.Yes, I will make every effort that you may always be able to remember these things even after my departure.but I will use diligence, that after my departure ye should have also, at any time, [in your power] to call to mind these things.And I will see to it that after my departure you may be able at any time to recall these things.فأجتهد ايضا ان تكونوا بعد خروجي تتذكرون كل حين بهذه الامور.
16 Οὐ γὰρ σεσοφισμένοις μύθοις ἐξακολουθήσαντες ἐγνωρίσαμεν ὑμῖν τὴν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ δύναμιν καὶ παρουσίαν, ἀλλ’ ἐπόπται γενηθέντες τῆς ἐκείνου μεγαλειότητος.

17 λαβὼν γὰρ παρὰ θεοῦ πατρὸς τιμὴν καὶ δόξαν φωνῆς ἐνεχθείσης αὐτῷ τοιᾶσδε ὑπὸ τῆς μεγαλοπρεποῦς δόξης· ⸂Ὁ υἱός μου ὁ ἀγαπητός μου οὗτός ἐστιν⸃, εἰς ὃν ἐγὼ εὐδόκησα—

18 καὶ ταύτην τὴν φωνὴν ἡμεῖς ἠκούσαμεν ἐξ οὐρανοῦ ἐνεχθεῖσαν σὺν αὐτῷ ὄντες ἐν τῷ ⸂ἁγίῳ ὄρει⸃.
Y nosotros oímos esta voz enviada del cielo, cuando estábamos juntamente con él en el monte santo.Et nous avons entendu cette voix venant du ciel, lorsque nous étions avec lui sur la sainte montagne.E ouvimos esta voz dirigida do céu, estando nós com ele no monte santo;И этот глас, принесшийся с небес, мы слышали, будучи с Ним на святой горе.Und diese Stimme haben wir gehört vom Himmel geschehen, da wir mit ihm waren auf dem heiligen Berge.我 們 同 他 在 聖 山 的 時 候 、 親 自 聽 見 這 聲 音 從 天 上 出 來 。Kutsal dağda Onunla birlikte bulunduğumuz için gökten gelen bu sesi biz de işittik.我 们 同 他 在 圣 山 的 时 候 ， 亲 自 听 见 这 声 音 从 天 上 出 来 。And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.and this voice we [ourselves] heard borne out of heaven, when we were with him in the holy mount.and this voice we -- we did hear, out of heaven borne, being with him in the holy mount.This voice we heard come out of heaven, when we were with him in the holy mountain.and this voice *we* heard uttered from heaven, being with him on the holy mountain.we heard this voice borne from heaven, for we were with him on the holy mountain.ونحن سمعنا هذا الصوت مقبلا من السماء اذ كنا معه في الجبل المقدس.
19 καὶ ἔχομεν βεβαιότερον τὸν προφητικὸν λόγον, ᾧ καλῶς ποιεῖτε προσέχοντες ὡς λύχνῳ φαίνοντι ἐν αὐχμηρῷ τόπῳ, ἕως οὗ ἡμέρα διαυγάσῃ καὶ φωσφόρος ἀνατείλῃ ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν·
Tenemos también la palabra profética más permanente, á la cual hacéis bien de estar atentos como á una antorcha que alumbra en lugar oscuro hasta que el día esclarezca, y el lucero de la mañana salga en vuestros corazones:Et nous tenons pour d'autant plus certaine la parole prophétique, à laquelle vous faites bien de prêter attention, comme à une lampe qui brille dans un lieu obscur, jusqu'à ce que le jour vienne à paraître et que l'étoile du matin se lève dans vos coeurs;E temos, mui firme, a palavra dos profetas, à qual bem fazeis em estar atentos, como a uma luz que alumia em lugar escuro, até que o dia amanheça, e a estrela da alva apareça em vossos corações.И притом мы имеем вернейшее пророческое слово; и вы хорошо делаете, что обращаетесь к нему, как к светильнику, сияющему в темном месте, доколе не начнет рассветать день и не взойдет утренняя звезда в сердцах ваших,Und wir haben desto fester das prophetische Wort, und ihr tut wohl, daß ihr darauf achtet als auf ein Licht, das da scheint in einem dunklen Ort, bis der Tag anbreche und der Morgenstern aufgehe in euren Herzen.我 們 並 有 先 知 更 確 的 豫 言 、 如 同 燈 照 在 暗 處 ． 你 們 在 這 豫 言 上 留 意 、 直 等 到 天 發 亮 晨 星 在 你 們 心 裡 出 現 的 時 候 、 纔 是 好 的 。Peygamberlerin sözleri bizim için daha büyük kesinlik kazandı. Gün ağarıp sabah yıldızı yüreklerinizde doğuncaya dek, karanlık yerde ışık saçan çıraya benzeyen bu sözlere kulak verirseniz, iyi edersiniz.我 们 并 冇 先 知 更 确 的 预 言 ， 如 同 灯 照 在 暗 处 。 你 们 在 这 预 言 上 留 意 ， 直 等 到 天 发 亮 ， 晨 星 在 你 们 心 里 出 现 的 时 候 ， 纔 是 好 的 。We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as to a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:And we have the word of prophecy [made] more sure; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day-star arise in your hearts:And we have more firm the prophetic word, to which we do well giving heed, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, till day may dawn, and a morning star may arise -- in your hearts;We have the more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns, and the day star arises in your hearts:And we have the prophetic word [made] surer, to which ye do well taking heed (as to a lamp shining in an obscure place) until [the] day dawn and [the] morning star arise in your hearts;And we have the prophetic word made more sure. You will do well to pay attention to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.وعندنا الكلمة النبوية وهي اثبت التي تفعلون حسنا ان انتبهتم اليها كما الى سراج منير في موضع مظلم الى ان ينفجر النهار ويطلع كوكب الصبح في قلوبكم
20 τοῦτο πρῶτον γινώσκοντες ὅτι πᾶσα προφητεία γραφῆς ἰδίας ἐπιλύσεως οὐ γίνεται,

21 οὐ γὰρ θελήματι ἀνθρώπου ἠνέχθη ⸂προφητεία ποτέ⸃, ἀλλὰ ὑπὸ πνεύματος ἁγίου φερόμενοι ἐλάλησαν ⸀ἀπὸ θεοῦ ἄνθρωποι.
