Kendi kendime, ‹‹Gel, zevki tat. İnsanların göklerin altında geçirdiği birkaç günlük ömürleri boyunca, yapacakları iyi bir şey olup olmadığını görünceye dek, bilgeliğimin önderliğinde, bedenimi şarapla nasıl canlandırayım, akılsızlığı nasıl ele alayım diye düşündüm durdum. I sought in mine heart to give myself unto wine, yet acquainting mine heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all the days of their life.I sought in my heart to give myself to wine, yet acquainting my heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all the days of their life.I searched in my heart how to cheer my flesh with wine, my heart yet guiding [me] with wisdom, and how to lay hold on folly, till I might see what it was good for the sons of men that they should do under heaven all the days of their life.I have sought in my heart to draw out with wine my appetite, (and my heart leading in wisdom), and to take hold on folly till that I see where [is] this -- the good to the sons of man of that which they do under the heavens, the number of the days of their lives.I searched in my heart how to pamper my flesh with wine, and, my heart conducting itself with wisdom, how yet to lay hold on folly, till I might see which it was best for the sons of men that they should do under the heaven the few days of their life.I searched in my heart how to cheer my flesh with wine, my heart yet guiding me with wisdom, and how to lay hold of folly, until I might see what it was good for the sons of men that they should do under heaven all the days of their lives.I searched in my heart how to cherish my flesh with wine, while practising my heart with wisdom; and how to lay hold on folly, till I should see what was that good for the children of men which they should do under the heavens all the days of their life.I searched with my mind how to cheer my body with wine--my mind still guiding me with wisdom--and how to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was good for the sons of men to do under heaven during the few days of their life.

Чего бы глаза мои ни пожелали, я не отказывал им, не возбранял сердцу моему никакого веселья, потому что сердце мое радовалось во всех трудах моих, и это было моею долею от всех трудов моих.und alles, was meine Augen wünschten, das ließ ich ihnen und wehrte meinem Herzen keine Freude, daß es fröhlich war von aller meiner Arbeit; und das hielt ich für mein Teil von aller meiner Arbeit. Gözümün dilediği hiçbir şeyi kendimden esirgemedim. 2 Gönlümü hiçbir zevkten alıkoymadım. 2 Yaptığım her işten zevk aldı gönlüm. 2 Bütün emeğimin ödülü bu oldu. And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour. And whatever my eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labor: and this was my portion of all my labor. And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them; I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced because of all my labor; and this was my portion from all my labor. And all that mine eyes asked I kept not back from them; I withheld not my heart from any joy, for my heart rejoiced because of all my labour, and this hath been my portion, from all my labour,And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them; I withheld not my heart from any joy, for my heart had joy of all my labour; and this was my portion from all my labour.Whatever my eyes desired, I didn`t keep from them. Yaptığım bütün işlere, 2 Çektiğim bütün emeklere bakınca, 2 Gördüm ki, hepsi boş ve rüzgarı kovalamaya kalkışmakmış. 2 Güneşin altında hiçbir kazanç yokmuş. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had worked, and on the labor that I had labored to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labor that I had labored to do; and, behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was no profit under the sun.and I have looked on all my works that my hands have done, and on the labour that I have laboured to do, and lo, the whole [is] vanity and vexation of spirit, and there is no advantage under the sun! Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do; and, behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was no profit under the sun. Then I looked at all the works that my hands had worked, and at the labor that I had labored to do; and, behold, all was vanity and a chasing after wind, and there was no profit under the sun. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that it had cost me to do [them]; and behold, all was vanity and pursuit of the wind, and there was no profit under the sun. Then I considered all that my hands had done and the toil I had spent in doing it, and behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was nothing to be gained under the sun.

Então passei a contemplar a sabedoria, e a loucura e a estultícia. And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly: for what can the man do that cometh after the king? even that which hath been already done. And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly: for what can the man do that comes after the king? even that which has been already done. And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly: for what [can] the man [do] that cometh after the king? [even] that which hath been done long ago.And I turned to see wisdom, and madness, and folly, but what [is] the man who cometh after the king? that which [is] already -- they have done it!And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness and folly; for what can the man do that cometh after the king? even that which hath been already done.I turned myself to consider wisdom, madness, and folly: for what can the king`s successor do? Just that which has been done long ago.And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly; for what shall the man [do] that cometh after the king? that which hath already been done.So I turned to consider wisdom and madness and folly; for what can the man do who comes after the king? Only what he has already done.

Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness. Then I saw that wisdom excels folly, as far as light excels darkness. Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness. And I saw that there is an advantage to wisdom above folly, like the advantage of the light above the darkness. Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness. Then I saw that wisdom excels folly, as far as light excels darkness. And I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as light excelleth darkness. Then I saw that wisdom excels folly as light excels darkness.

Porque nunca haverá mais lembrança do sábio do que do tolo; porquanto de tudo, nos dias futuros, total esquecimento haverá. And how must the wise man die even as the fool! For of the wise man, even as of the fool, there is no memory for ever, seeing that in the days to come all will have been long forgotten. Indeed, the wise man must die just like the fool! For there shall be no remembrance of the wise more than of the fool for ever; because everything is already forgotten in the days which come. Gördüm ki, bu da Tanrıdandır. There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labor. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.There is nothing better for a man [than] that he should eat and drink, and make his soul enjoy good in his labor. This also I saw, that it is from the hand of God.There is nothing good in a man who eateth, and hath drunk, and hath shewn his soul good in his labour. This also I have seen that it [is] from the hand of God.There is nothing better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and make his soul enjoy pleasure for his labour. This also I saw, that it is from the hand of God.There is nothing better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and make his soul enjoy good in his labor. This also I saw, that it is from the hand of God.There is nothing good for man, but that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.There is nothing better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and find enjoyment in his toil. This also, I saw, is from the hand of God;ليس للانسان خير من ان يأكل ويشرب ويري نفسه خيرا في تعبه.
Onsuz kim yiyebilir, kim zevk alabilir?论 到 吃 用 、 享 福 , 谁 能 胜 过 我 呢 ?For who can eat, or who else can hasten hereunto, more than I?For who can eat, or who else can hasten hereunto, more than I?For who can eat, or who can have enjoyment, more than I?For who eateth and who hasteth out more than I?For who will eat, or who will enjoy, if not I?For who can eat, or who can have enjoyment, more than I?For who can eat, or who be eager, more than I?for apart from him who can eat or who can have enjoyment?
Çünkü Tanrı bilgiyi, bilgeliği, sevinci hoşnut kaldığı insana verir. Günahkâra ise, yığma, biriktirme zahmeti verir; biriktirdiklerini Tanrı'nın hoşnut kaldığı insanlara bıraksın diye. Bu da boş ve rüzgarı kovalamaya kalkışmakmış. For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit. For God gives to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he gives travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit. For to the man that pleaseth him [God] giveth wisdom, and knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that pleaseth God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind. For to a man who [is] good before Him, He hath given wisdom, and knowledge, and joy; and to a sinner He hath given travail, to gather and to heap up, to give to the good before God. Even this [is] vanity and vexation of spirit. For to the man that is good in His sight He giveth wisdom, and knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner He giveth the task, to gather and to heap up, that he may leave to him that is good in the sight of God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind. For to the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner he gives travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him who pleases God. This also is vanity and a chasing after wind. For he giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner he giveth travail to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good in God's sight. This also is vanity and pursuit of the wind. For to the man who pleases him God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy; but to the sinner he gives the work of gathering and heaping, only to give to one who pleases God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.
