1 טוֺב שֵׁם מִשֶּׁמֶן טוֺב וְיוֺם הַמָּוֶת מִיּוֺם הִוָּלְדוֺ :

2 טוֺב לָלֶכֶת אֶל־ בֵּית־ אֵבֶל מִלֶּכֶת אֶל־ בֵּית מִשְׁתֶּה בַּאֲשֶׁר הוּא סוֺף כָּל־ הָאָדָם וְהַחַי יִתֵּן אֶל־ לִבּוֺ :

3 טוֺב כַּעַס מִשְּׂחֹק כִּי־ בְרֹעַ פָּנִים יִיטַב לֵב :
Mejor es el enojo que la risa: porque con la tristeza del rostro se enmendará el corazón.Mieux vaut le chagrin que le rire; car avec un visage triste le coeur peut être content.Melhor é a mágoa do que o riso, porque com a tristeza do rosto se faz melhor o coração.Сетование лучше смеха; потому что при печали лица сердце делается лучше.Es ist Trauern besser als Lachen; denn durch Trauern wird das Herz gebessert.憂 愁 強 如 喜 笑 、 因 為 面 帶 愁 容 終 必 使 心 喜 樂 。Üzüntü gülmekten iyidir, 2 Çünkü yüz mahzun olunca yürek sevinir.忧 愁 强 如 喜 笑 ; 因 为 面 带 愁 容 , 终 必 使 心 喜 乐 。Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.Sorrow is better than laughter; for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made glad.Better [is] sorrow than laughter, For by the sadness of the face the heart becometh better.Vexation is better than laughter; for by the sadness of the countenance the heart may be gladdened.Sorrow is better than laughter; for by the sadness of the face the heart is made good.Vexation is better than laughter; for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.Sorrow is better than laughter, for by sadness of countenance the heart is made glad.الحزن خير من الضحك لانه بكآبة الوجه يصلح القلب.
4 לֵב חֲכָמִים בְּבֵית אֵבֶל וְלֵב כְּסִילִים בְּבֵית שִׂמְחָה :

5 טוֺב לִשְׁמֹעַ גַּעֲרַת חָכָם מֵאִישׁ שֹׁמֵעַ שִׁיר כְּסִילִים :

6 כִּי כְקוֺל הַסִּירִים תַּחַת הַסִּיר כֵּן שְׂחֹק הַכְּסִיל וְגַם־ זֶה הָבֶל :
Porque la risa del necio es como el estrépito de las espinas debajo de la olla. Y también esto es vanidad.Car comme le bruit des épines sous la chaudière, ainsi est le rire des insensés. C'est encore là une vanité.Porque qual o crepitar dos espinhos debaixo de uma panela, tal é o riso do tolo; também isto é vaidade.потому что смех глупых то же, что треск тернового хвороста под котлом. 7 כִּי הָעֹשֶׁק יְהוֺלֵל חָכָם וִיאַבֵּד אֶת־ לֵב מַתָּנָה :
Ciertamente la opresión hace enloquecer al sabio: y el presente corrompe el corazón.L'oppression rend insensé le sage, et les présents corrompent le coeur.Verdadeiramente que a opressão faria endoidecer até ao sábio, e o suborno corrompe o coração.Притесняя других, мудрый делается глупым, и подарки портят сердце.Ein Widerspenstiger macht einen Weisen unwillig und verderbt ein mildtätiges Herz.勒 索 使 智 慧 人 變 為 愚 妄 . 賄 賂 能 敗 壞 人 的 慧 心 。Haksız kazanç bilgeyi delirtir, 2 Rüşvet karakteri bozar.勒 索 使 智 慧 人 变 为 愚 妄 ; 贿 赂 能 败 坏 人 的 慧 心 。Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart.Surely oppression makes a wise man mad; and a gift destroys the heart.Surely extortion maketh the wise man foolish; and a bribe destroyeth the understanding.Surely oppression maketh the wise mad, And a gift destroyeth the heart.Surely oppression turneth a wise man into a fool; and a gift destroyeth the understanding.Surely extortion makes the wise man foolish; and a bribe destroys the understanding.Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad, and a gift destroyeth the heart.Surely oppression makes the wise man foolish, and a bribe corrupts the mind.لان الظلم يحمق الحكيم والعطية تفسد القلب
8 טוֺב אַחֲרִית דָּבָר מֵרֵאשִׁיתוֺ טוֺב אֶרֶךְ־ רוּחַ מִגְּבַהּ־ רוּחַ :
Mejor es el fin del negocio que su principio: mejor es el sufrido de espíritu que el altivo de espíritu.Mieux vaut la fin d'une chose que son commencement; mieux vaut un esprit patient qu'un esprit hautain.Melhor é o fim das coisas do que o princípio delas; melhor é o paciente de espírito do que o altivo de espírito.Конец дела лучше начала его; терпеливый лучше высокомерного.Das Ende eines Dinges ist besser denn sein Anfang. 9 אַל־ תְּבַהֵל בְּרוּחֲךָ לִכְעוֺס כִּי כַעַס בְּחֵיק כְּסִילִים יָנוּחַ :
No te apresures en tu espíritu á enojarte: porque la ira en el seno de los necios reposa.Ne te hâte pas en ton esprit de t'irriter, car l'irritation repose dans le sein des insensés.Não te apresses no teu espírito a irar-te, porque a ira repousa no íntimo dos tolos.Не будь духом твоим поспешен на гнев, потому что гнев гнездится в сердце глупых.Sei nicht schnellen Gemütes zu zürnen; denn Zorn ruht im Herzen eines Narren.你 不 要 心 裡 急 躁 惱 怒 、 因 為 惱 怒 存 在 愚 昧 人 的 懷 中 。Çabuk öfkelenme, 2 Çünkü öfke akılsızların bağrında barınır.你 不 要 心 里 急 躁 恼 怒 , 因 为 恼 怒 存 在 愚 昧 人 的 怀 中 。Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.Be not hasty in your spirit to be angry: for anger rests in the bosom of fools.Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry; for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry, For anger in the bosom of fools resteth.Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry; for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.Don`t be hasty in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools.Be not hasty in thy spirit to be vexed; for vexation resteth in the bosom of fools.Be not quick to anger, for anger lodges in the bosom of fools.لا تسرع بروحك الى الغضب لان الغضب يستقر في حضن الجهال.
10 אַל־ תֹּאמַר מֶה הָיָה שֶׁהַיָּמִים הָרִאשֹׁנִים הָיוּ טוֺבִים מֵאֵלֶּה כִּי לֹא מֵחָכְמָה שָׁאַלְתָּ עַל־ זֶה :
Nunca digas: ¿Qué es la causa que los tiempos pasados fueron mejores que éstos? Porque nunca de esto preguntarás con sabiduría.Ne dis pas: D'où vient que les jours passés étaient meilleurs que ceux ci? Car ce n'est point par sagesse que tu demandes cela.Nunca digas: Por que foram os dias passados melhores do que estes? Porque não provém da sabedoria esta pergunta.Не говори: "отчего это прежние дни были лучше нынешних?", потому что не от мудрости ты спрашиваешь об этом.Sprich nicht: Was ist's, daß die vorigen Tage besser waren als diese? denn du fragst solches nicht weislich.不 要 說 、 先 前 的 日 子 強 過 如 今 的 日 子 、 是 甚 麼 緣 故 呢 . 你 這 樣 問 、 不 是 出 於 智 慧 。‹‹Neden geçmiş günler bugünlerden iyiydi?›› diye sorma, 2 Çünkü bu bilgece bir soru değil.不 要 说 : 先 前 的 日 子 强 过 如 今 的 日 子 , 是 甚 么 缘 故 呢 ? 你 这 样 问 , 不 是 出 于 智 慧 。Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.Say not you, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for you do not inquire wisely concerning this.Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this.Say not thou, `What was it, That the former days were better than these?` For thou hast not asked wisely of this.Say not thou: 'How was it that the former days were better than these?' for it is not out of wisdom that thou inquirest concerning this.Don`t say, "Why were the former days better than these?" For you do not ask wisely about this.Say not, How is it that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this.Say not, "Why were the former days better than these?" For it is not from wisdom that you ask this.لا تقل لماذا كانت الايام الاولى خيرا من هذه. لانه ليس عن حكمة تسأل عن هذا.
11 טוֺבָה חָכְמָה עִם־ נַחֲלָה וְיֹתֵר לְרֹאֵי הַשָּׁמֶשׁ :
Buena es la ciencia con herencia; y más á los que ven el sol.La sagesse vaut autant qu'un héritage, et même plus pour ceux qui voient le soleil.Tão boa é a sabedoria como a herança, e dela tiram proveito os que vêem o sol.Хороша мудрость с наследством, и особенно для видящих солнце:Weisheit ist gut mit einem Erbgut und hilft, daß sich einer der Sonne freuen kann.智 慧 和 產 業 並 好 . 而 且 見 天 日 的 人 、 得 智 慧 更 為 有 益 。Bilgelik miras kadar iyidir, 2 Güneşi gören herkes için yararlıdır.智 慧 和 产 业 并 好 , 而 且 见 天 日 的 人 得 智 慧 更 为 冇 益 。Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.Wisdom is as good as an inheritance; yea, more excellent is it for them that see the sun.Wisdom [is] good with an inheritance, And an advantage [it is] to those beholding the sun.Wisdom is good with an inheritance, yea, a profit to them that see the sun.Wisdom is as good as an inheritance. 12 כִּי בְּצֵל הַחָכְמָה בְּצֵל הַכָּסֶף וְיִתְרוֺן דַּעַת הַחָכְמָה תְּחַיֶּה בְעָלֶיהָ :

13 רְאֵה אֶת־ מַעֲשֵׂה הָאֱלֹהִים כִּי מִי יוּכַל לְתַקֵּן אֵת אֲשֶׁר עִוְּתוֺ :
Mira la obra de Dios; porque ¿quién podrá enderezar lo que él torció?Regarde l'oeuvre de Dieu: qui pourra redresser ce qu'il a courbé?Atenta para a obra de Deus; porque quem poderá endireitar o que ele fez torto?Смотри на действование Божие: ибо кто может выпрямить то, что Он сделал кривым?Siehe an die Werke Gottes; denn wer kann das schlicht machen, was er krümmt?你 要 察 看 神 的 作 為 、 因 神 使 為 曲 的 、 誰 能 變 為 直 呢 。Tanrının yaptığını düşün: 2 Onun eğrilttiğini kim doğrultabilir?你 要 察 看 神 的 作 为 ; 因 神 使 为 曲 的 , 谁 能 变 为 直 呢 ?Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he has made crooked?Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?See the work of God, For who is able to make straight that which He made crooked?Consider the work of God; for who can make that straight, which He hath made crooked?Consider the work of God, for who can make that straight, which he has made crooked?Consider the work of God; for who can make straight what he hath made crooked?Consider the work of God; who can make straight what he has made crooked?انظر عمل الله لانه من يقدر على تقويم ما قد عوّجه.
14 בְּיוֺם טוֺבָה הֱיֵה בְטוֺב וּבְיוֺם רָעָה רְאֵה גַּם אֶת־ זֶה לְעֻמַּת־ זֶה עָשָׂה הָאֱלֹהִים עַל־ דִּבְרַת שֶׁלֹּא יִמְצָא הָאָדָם אַחֲרָיו מְאוּמָה :
En el día del bien goza del bien; y en el día del mal considera. Todo esto he visto en los días de mi vanidad. Justo hay que perece por su justicia, y hay impío que por su maldad alarga sus días.J'ai vu tout cela pendant les jours de ma vanité. 16 אַל־ תְּהִי צַדִּיק הַרְבֵּה וְאַל־ תִּתְחַכַּם יוֺתֵר לָמָּה תִּשּׁוֺמֵם :

19 הַחָכְמָה תָּעֹז לֶחָכָם מֵעֲשָׂרָה שַׁלִּיטִים אֲשֶׁר הָיוּ בָּעִיר :

20 כִּי אָדָם אֵין צַדִּיק בָּאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר יַעֲשֶׂה־ טּוֺב וְלֹא יֶחֱטָא :

21 גַּם לְכָל־ הַדְּבָרִים אֲשֶׁר יְדַבֵּרוּ אַל־ תִּתֵּן לִבֶּךָ אֲשֶׁר לֹא־ תִשְׁמַע אֶת־ עַבְדְּךָ מְקַלְלֶךָ :

22 כִּי גַּם־ פְּעָמִים רַבּוֺת יָדַע לִבֶּךָ אֲשֶׁר גַּם־ אַתְּ אַתָּה קִלַּלְתָּ אֲחֵרִים :

23 כָּל־ זֹה נִסִּיתִי בַחָכְמָה אָמַרְתִּי אֶחְכָּמָה וְהִיא רְחוֺקָה מִמֶּנִּי :
Todas estas cosas probé con sabiduría, diciendo: Hacerme he sabio: mas ella se alejó de mí.J'ai éprouvé tout cela par la sagesse. J'ai dit: Je serai sage. Et la sagesse est restée loin de moi.Tudo isto provei-o pela sabedoria; eu disse: Sabedoria adquirirei; mas ela ainda estava longe de mim.Все это испытал я мудростью; я сказал: "буду я мудрым"; но мудрость далека от меня.Solches alles habe ich versucht mit Weisheit. 24 רָחוֺק מַה־ שֶּׁהָיָה וְעָמֹק עָמֹק מִי יִמְצָאֶנּוּ :

25 סַבּוֺתִי אֲנִי וְלִבִּי לָדַעַת וְלָתוּר וּבַקֵּשׁ חָכְמָה וְחֶשְׁבּוֺן וְלָדַעַת רֶשַׁע כֶּסֶל וְהַסִּכְלוּת הוֺלֵלוֺת :

26 וּמוֺצֶא אֲנִי מַר מִמָּוֶת אֶת־ הָאִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר־ הִיא מְצוֺדִים וַחֲרָמִים לִבָּהּ אֲסוּרִים יָדֶיהָ טוֺב לִפְנֵי הָאֱלֹהִים יִמָּלֵט מִמֶּנָּה וְחוֺטֵא יִלָּכֶד בָּהּ :
Y yo he hallado más amarga que la muerte la mujer, la cual es redes, y lazos su corazón; sus manos como ligaduras. 27 רְאֵה זֶה מָצָאתִי אָמְרָה קֹהֶלֶת אַחַת לְאַחַת לִמְצֹא חֶשְׁבּוֺן :

28 אֲשֶׁר עוֺד־ בִּקְשָׁה נַפְשִׁי וְלֹא מָצָאתִי אָדָם אֶחָד מֵאֶלֶף מָצָאתִי וְאִשָּׁה בְכָל־ אֵלֶּה לֹא מָצָאתִי :
Lo que aun busca mi alma, y no encuentro: un hombre entre mil he hallado; mas mujer de todas éstas nunca hallé.voici ce que mon âme cherche encore, et que je n'ai point trouvé. 29 לְבַד רְאֵה־ זֶה מָצָאתִי אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה הָאֱלֹהִים אֶת־ הָאָדָם יָשָׁר וְהֵמָּה בִקְשׁוּ חִשְּׁבֹנוֺת רַבִּים :
