1 לֵץ הַיַּין הֹמֶה שֵׁכָר וְכָל־ שֹׁגֶה בּוֺ לֹא יֶחְכָּם :

2 נַהַם כַּכְּפִיר אֵימַת מֶלֶךְ מִתְעַבְּרוֺ חוֺטֵא נַפְשׁוֺ :

3 כָּבוֺד לָאִישׁ שֶׁבֶת מֵרִיב וְכָל־ אֱוִיל יִתְגַּלָּע :

4 מֵחֹרֶף עָצֵל לֹא־ יַחֲרֹשׁ יִשְׁאַל וְשָׁאַל בַּקָּצִיר וָאָיִן :

5 מַיִם עֲמֻקִּים עֵצָה בְלֶב־ אִישׁ וְאִישׁ תְּבוּנָה יִדְלֶנָּה :

6 רָב־ אָדָם יִקְרָא אִישׁ חַסְדּוֺ וְאִישׁ אֱמוּנִים מִי יִמְצָא :
Muchos hombres publican cada uno su liberalidad: Mas hombre de verdad, ¿quién lo hallará?Beaucoup de gens proclament leur bonté; Mais un homme fidèle, qui le trouvera?A multidão dos homens apregoa a sua própria bondade, porém o homem fidedigno quem o achará?Многие хвалят человека за милосердие, но правдивого человека кто находит?Viele Menschen werden fromm gerühmt; aber wer will finden einen, der rechtschaffen fromm sei?人 多 述 說 自 己 的 仁 慈 . 但 忠 信 人 誰 能 遇 著 呢 。İnsanların çoğu, ‹‹Vefalıyım›› der. 2 Ama sadık birini kim bulabilir?人 多 述 说 自 己 的 仁 慈 , 但 忠 信 人 谁 能 遇 着 呢 ?Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?Most men will proclaim every one his own kindness; But a faithful man who can find?A multitude of men proclaim each his kindness, And a man of stedfastness who doth find?Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness; but a faithful man who can find?Many men claim to be men of unfailing love, But who can find a faithful man?Most men will proclaim every one his own kindness; but a faithful man who shall find?Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, but a faithful man who can find?اكثر الناس ينادون كل واحد بصلاحه اما الرجل الامين فمن يجده.
7 מִתְהַלֵּךְ בְּתֻמּוֺ צַדִּיק אַשְׁרֵי בָנָיו אַחֲרָיו :

8 מֶלֶךְ יוֺשֵׁב עַל־ כִּסֵּא־ דִין מְזָרֶה בְעֵינָיו כָּל־ רָע :

9 מִי־ יֹאמַר זִכִּיתִי לִבִּי טָהַרְתִּי מֵחַטָּאתִי :

10 אֶבֶן וָאֶבֶן אֵיפָה וְאֵיפָה תּוֺעֲבַת יְהוָה גַּם־ שְׁנֵיהֶם :

11 גַּם בְּמַעֲלָלָיו יִתְנַכֶּר־ נָעַר אִם־ זַךְ וְאִם־ יָשָׁר פָּעֳלוֺ :

12 אֹזֶן שֹׁמַעַת וְעַיִן רֹאָה יְהוָה עָשָׂה גַם־ שְׁנֵיהֶם :

13 אַל־ תֶּאֱהַב שֵׁנָה פֶּן־ תִּוָּרֵשׁ פְּקַח עֵינֶיךָ שְׂבַע־ לָחֶם :

14 רַע רַע יֹאמַר הַקּוֺנֶה וְאֹזֵל לוֺ אָז יִתְהַלָּל :

15 יֵשׁ זָהָב וְרָב־ פְּנִינִים וּכְלִי יְקָר שִׂפְתֵי־ דָעַת :

16 לְקַח־ בִּגְדוֺ כִּי־ עָרַב זָר וּבְעַד נָכְרִים נָכְרִיָּה חַבְלֵהוּ :

17 עָרֵב לָאִישׁ לֶחֶם שָׁקֶר וְאַחַר יִמָּלֵא־ פִיהוּ חָצָץ :

19 גּוֺלֶה־ סּוֺד הוֺלֵךְ רָכִיל וּלְפֹתֶה שְׂפָתָיו לֹא תִתְעָרָב :

20 מְקַלֵּל אָבִיו וְאִמּוֺ יִדְעַךְ נֵרוֺ בְּאִישׁוֺן בֶּאֱשׁוּן חֹשֶׁךְ :

21 נַחֲלָה מְבֻחֶלֶת מְבֹהֶלֶת בָּרִאשֹׁנָה וְאַחֲרִיתָהּ לֹא תְבֹרָךְ :

23 תּוֺעֲבַת יְהוָה אֶבֶן וָאָבֶן וּמֹאזְנֵי מִרְמָה לֹא־ טוֺב :

26 מְזָרֶה רְשָׁעִים מֶלֶךְ חָכָם וַיָּשֶׁב עֲלֵיהֶם אוֺפָן :
